Andrew is a versatile and creative manager and engineer with international public and private sector experience, gained working across a range of industries both in the UK and globally.

Before he began his project management career, Andrew served in the Royal Navy for a decade, four years of which were served aboard HMS Hecla specialising in mechanical and marine engineering. Upon leaving the Navy, Andrew worked with a manufacturing export company and with a multinational supplier of office machinery before completing an MBA at Aston Business School.

He subsequently worked in senior management and director roles in transportation, distribution, and manufacturing before joining Avon, the world’s leading direct seller of beauty products, in engineering, supply chain, and product development roles.

Andrew’s subsequent project management career now stretches over 30 years, leading and managing engineering, construction, distribution, manufacturing and transportation projects with Avon, Riyadh Public Transport Project, Transport for West Midlands, and other companies across the globe.
